At Unica, every person’s journey begins with compassion and connection. Our Client Access and Engagement Department is the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking care. From the first call, our team listens, gathers information, and guides each client to the right program and services for their needs.

How Access to Care Works

Location & Hours:
  • Outpatient Counseling – Individual, group, and family therapy focused on mental health and life stressors.
  • Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – A structured, multi-day program offering therapy, education, and peer support to help adults manage recovery while maintaining daily responsibilities.
  • Substance Use Recovery Services – Ongoing counseling, relapse prevention, and coordinated referrals to community resources.
  • Crisis Support – Immediate help for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, connecting them to stabilization and follow-up care.
  • Certified Peer Support – Guidance from trained peers who use their lived experience to offer understanding, motivation, and recovery support.
  • Primary Care Screening – On-site health monitoring provided by our Nurse Practitioner, including basic vitals and lab work as needed, ensuring integrated care that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
